In general, would you say the LLC is the most cost efficient option for a small business?
Jake:
You know, that's a very good question. The latest trends across the
country have definitely pointed in that direction. A lot of people
believe that the LLC is probably the easiest and the most cost
efficient way to go for forming a new small business.
However,
it really is something that you want to talk with your accountant about
and make sure that the benefit that you expect to get from the LLC from
a tax perspective, you really are going to get versus becoming an
S–Corporation.
